I began my recruitment career in 2013 and have since specialised within the UK Insurance market. Over that time, I have established myself as a recognised and trusted point of contact for clients and candidates across the sector - someone known for deep industry knowledge, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to doing things properly.

My experience spans the full spectrum of insurance roles, from entry-level positions through to c-suite appointments. Whether supporting a growing brokerage or partnering with a major insurer, I focus on understanding the people, the culture, and the long-term goals behind every hire.

I don't believe in quick wins. Recruitment should be built on honesty, transparency, and genuine relationships. That's why I take a consultative approach - working closely with clients to provide clear guidance, market insight, and a partnership they can rely on.

In September 2026, I took the leap and founded JJPM Consulting, a business built around the values I've carried throughout my career. Creating my own consultancy has always been a goal of mine, and it allows me to deliver a recruitment service that is personal, specialised, and truly aligned with the needs of the insurance industry.
